DESCRIPTION:
Vincenti & Cie, Paris, France, crystal regulator, 8 day, time and strike, spring driven pendule de Paris movement in a glazed brass case on cast bun feet supporting fluted columns on the front corners and pilasters on the back corners, stepped and molded base and top with repeating palmette and laurel fretwork, matching pendulum, Roman numeral white enamel dial with red Arabic numerals at the quarters, and blued steel Breguet style hands.
CONDITION:
The partially gilt case is in very nice condition with some yellowing and spotting of the polished brass. Some gilding remains within the column flutes. All four beveled glass are good. The white enamel dial is perfect, but for a bit of dirt. Hands are original and in good condition. Nice matching pendulum. The signed Vincenti movement strikes on a gong. A clean and attractive clock.
